HOW TO PACK A BIKE  Wednesday, April 22, 2009

I have heard of a few riders doing this so I thought I would give it a shot. Basically its using a Maxfli Golf Bag as a bike bag instead of your conventional Bike Bag.
Its has so many benefits, its allot smaller than a normal Bike Bag, normal Bike Bikes are designed to fit large Bikes like Mountain Bikes and Road Bikes, these Maxfli bags fit BMX's perfectly, nice and tight. They are also well padded, easy to carry, and have wheels for easy transport. All you need to do is remove
your wheels, handlebars and pedals.
The best thing about the whole deal is that the Airline will think you got a stack of Golf Clubs... not a BMX!
Easy traveling!

I'm out of the country for a few weeks.. I will try and keep the site updated as much as possible, but hopefully Ryan and Lester do some good updates too. Please feel free to send me any photos and content for the time being and ill make sure ill get them up!

This plenty of good update below to check out.

golf stores perhaps?

i think that DK made a bag that is similar to a golf bag and it even says DK golf on it, as its free to take golf clubs on a plane but not a bike.
