I found this photo the other day while surfing the world wide internerd.. Reefton Skate Park in the South Island, If anyone is heading down to the EDH jam I suggest making the extra drive to go ride this park. It looks amazing.

I'm sure the population there is like 900?
Crazy, less people than most suburbs and they have one of the best parks in the country.

It IS amazing. I was there at New Year, it's gotta be one of the best parks in the country and not crowded even then. 3 depths in the clover bowl, hips and ramps and lines all over the place.
this is by far the best park i went to whilst living in NZ...... its quite simply unmissable.

im moving to that little tin shed behind the skate park. Whats the crime rate like in Reefton? Is it ruff as or allgood?
Anyone coming down from up north for EDH jam through the ferry is welcome to skitch a ride to Reefton on the thursday. I live in Blenheim and will be going to chch on the thursday beforehand via reefton to ride to add to the trip. So if ya keen, get ya ass down here on the wed night/thurs morning and hitch a ride!
