JED JAM! Monday, March 31, 2008 Jed Mildon's jam/comp took place this weekend in Taupo and I would have to say it was pretty rad event, one of the best bmx events I have been to in a while. Everybody there road super well and had lots fun on the day.  EDH PROTOTYPES AND CONCEPTS Wednesday, March 26, 2008 As you can see I have been changing a few things around on the site a bit, nothing amazing yet but there is more to come.

If you haven't checked out the gallery from the PMP BBQ check it out below!  PLANES, TRAINS, AUTOMOBILES & BICYCLES Tuesday, March 25, 2008 3 weeks of madness has just come to an end for me! First off I flew to the South Island for a Quietchaos sales trip, borrowed my brothers car and traveled from Christchurch down through Dunedin to Invercargill and up to Queenstown and Wanaka, stopping to see shops along the way. Being on a tight schedule I didnt get much time to ride but thanks to Eastpaks BMX bag I managed a weeks gear and bike in one bag (pic below) for the trip.
 In Christchurch I caught up with the boys from RevolutioNZ, an online shop from NZ and soon to be an actual shop in Christchurch central- keep your eyes peeled for this. While in Queenstown I managed a solid ride at the Gorge Road trails with a bunch of the local shredders including Kelly McGarry and semi-local Karl Bensemen. The crew down there are on fire at the moment- Kelly is now riding a MTB full time and tearing it up on that, bringing his BMX style to the MTB scene. Karl is looking very at home on his bmx still with some solid tricks and usual 'boost 2 foot higher than everyone' style. Pics below.     Flying back from the south island to Hamilton I spent a day in Hamilton then shot to Sydney for a couple of days work, took a few pics below.     Back from Sydney I headed to Nelson for some MTB races to MC the events and get a little riding done. While in Nelson I checked out the start of the new Nelson skatepark down on the waterfront, its still under construction but looking pretty sick with some good bowls, hips and spines with a smaller street section. I couldnt get any pics as the construction guys kicked us out before I could snap any! If you are heading that way in the next couple of months its well worth a look- Id say it will be good to go late April. Thats it for now, but some gruesome pics of an injury I sustained on Friday coming asap! WORKING ON A FEW THINGS Monday, March 24, 2008 At the moment I'm just working on a few things for the site... nothing amazing, just a few new gallery's and I have decided to put forums back up, most people I have talked to like the idea of forums, a few people don't... but its pretty simple if you don't like them don't look at them, anyway they should be done some time next week.

SHIT HAPPENS Wednesday, March 12, 2008 Well last night my bike got stolen out the boot of my car, which is pretty shit because it had a brand new frame and front wheel. So if you live in the Auckland central area please keep a look out for a Matt Black Macneil Whitton 2 which has a bunch of good parts on it like brand new WTP fork, purple fit DLR stem, Purple profile hub, Tree sprocket, profile cranks with Ti axle, Chrome FBM bars, Simple eject front hub, colony lever, fly pedals...............so yea it was a pretty nice bike!

First of all as most of you know the PMP trail jam didn't happen because the weather turned to shit and the trails got rained out, so we have quickly reorganized it to run this Sunday... its going to be pretty casual, riding, and good times! check the flyer.... there will be a few give away's and BBQ. Gold coin donation to ride to go towards tools for the locals. The other jam that is happening is the 'jed Mildon Invitationl Jam' in Taupo... this jam is going to be super fun, check the flyer for all the details and ill keep you updated with any news about it. Ill keep you posted to let you know whether the jams going be canceled or if we are going to run it another day!
